Dr. Stewart Kaplan has been practicing allergy and asthma care on Long Island for more than 30 years. Dr. Kaplan sees patients at two convenient office locations: Massapequa, NY. Both adults and children are treated at each of these offices.

Dr. Stewart Kaplan completed his allergy and immunology training at the Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. His research relates to the effects of aging on the immune response. In addition to laboratory research, Dr. Stewart Kaplan continues to teach students and residents the most up-to-date approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of allergic and immunologic conditions. Dr. Kaplan is a world-renowned specialist in this field who is cognizant of and attentive to his patients’ needs and interests. He offers the finest and most compassionate state-of-the-art allergic and asthmatic care available to date. Dr. Kaplan's outstanding accomplishments have allowed him to be recognized as a recipient of the "Top Doctors" award in the New York metropolitan area that is granted by Castle Connolly. Dr. Kaplan has also consistently merited and received the Physician Recognition Award. This award is granted by the American Medical Association in recognition of advanced continuing medical education and knowledge of state-of-the-art medical approaches.

Dr. Kaplan is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAI), the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI), the Long Island Allergy and Asthma Society (LIAAS), and the New York Allergy and Asthma Society (NYAAS). He holds an academic teaching appointment at the Weill Cornell Medical College.
